CUSTOM FOOT ORTHOTICS
We rely on our feet for various activities throughout the day, and custom foot orthotics can play a big role in making each step a little more enjoyable. By taking a bottom-up approach to treatment, we can help alleviate symptoms, reduce overuse injuries, and improve alignment stemming from the foot and ankle. With the right orthotics, you'll find that being on your feet becomes much comfortable - allowing you to enjoy your daily routines with ease. Take the first step towards better foot health with a personalized Pedorthic assessment!

FOOT ORTHOTIC ASSESSMENT
A Pedorthic assessment is a comprehensive evaluation focused on the feet, lower limbs, and their relation to overall mechanics. It typically starts with discussing the client's main concerns such as pain or discomfort. The biomechanical examination and gait analysis help identify any misalignments or abnormalities in structure, function, and movement. Based on these findings, specific treatment options are provided which may include custom orthotics, shoe recommendations, tailored stretches, and much more...
CONDITIONS WE HELP TREAT
Don't let foot pain dictate your pace. Whether you are managing a chronic condition or a new injury, we offer personalized solutions to keep you moving comfortably. Here are some of the common conditions we successfully treat.

FLAT FEET
Also known as Pes Planus, this can present as a flat foot all the time, or a normal arch while seated and a flat arch when standing. This can cause issues like arch and heel pain, problem with alignment causing the knees, hips, and lower back to become irritated, and general achy sore feet after standing all day.

PLANTAR FASCIITIS
One of the most common conditions we see in the feet. This occurs when the plantar fascia gets inflamed and irritated and usually presents with pain in the arch and sharp pain at the inside heel. Pain is generally worse in the morning or after getting up after sitting for a while. If you have this you'll know... and we are here to help!

HIGH ARCHES
Also known as Pes Cavus, feet with high arches tend to have less mobility due to the stronger arch structure. We usually see high pressure and areas of pain in the heel and forefoot as those are the 2 points of contact with the ground. Arch support, dispersing pressure, and improving shock absorption are our main points of attack!

BUNIONS
The dreaded bunion, when your big toe is getting up close and personal with your smaller toes. This can be genetic or environmental, pain and stiffness in your big toe joint can also occur. Orthotic intervention and appropriately wide shoes can make things feel better and slow the progression!
MORTONS NEUROMA
POSTERIOR TIBIAL TENDON DISFUNCTION
TURF TOE
LISFRANC INJURY

METATARSALGIA
This is a general term for forefoot pain and discomfort. Anything from numbness and tingling, pain across the entire area or a specific point. There are many things that can cause this, but we like a good challange!
TAILORS BUNION
SHIN SPLINTS
PERONEAL TENDON INJURY
HALLUX RIGIDUS

HEEL PAIN
Most of us should start our walk with a heel strike, so this area sees a lot of pressure throughout the day. Pain in the heel can be from overuse, impact/ trauma, old age, growing, and many other factors. Orthotics can be a great way to cup and cushion this area to benefit you one step at a time!
LEG LENGTH DISCREPANCY
ARTHITIC FOOT
NEUROPATHY
CHARCOT FOOT
AND MANY MORE!
TYPES OF ORTHOTICS

Functional
This style of orthotic is used to control the foot and get it into the desired position - usually neutral. This can assist with your walking and running pattern, alleviate numerous symptoms, and contain many modifications - getting you the most out of your orthotic!

Accommodative
This style of orthotic is used to offload and disperse pressures on the foot. Certain conditions, sensitive or rigid feet, and those with diabetic neuropathy usually thrive with this type of device.
Oh, and did i mention lots of cushion!

Sport Specific
This style is more inline with a functional custom orthotic, but material choice and thickness can be modified for your sport and footwear.
